The Voucher can be used to pay for all dental care procedures and treatments, except for whitening and aesthetic medicine services.

• The Voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• The Voucher can be used to pay for all dental care services, except for whitening and aesthetic medicine procedures.
• The Voucher purchased online can only be used in Medicover Stomatologia Centres.
• The Voucher may not be exchanged for cash.
• The Voucher can only be used by the person whose name is written on the Voucher.
• You can order the Voucher online by adding the product to your basket (button above). You can also buy it at the reception desk of a Medicover and DentaCare Centre.
• During the treatment, patients cannot migrate between Medicover Stomatologia Centres and DentaCare Centres.
• The voucher can be ordered online - by adding the product to the basket (button above). Voucher ordered online is sent in the form of a PDF file within 3 business days to the e-mail address provided in tab 3 "Enter your details". In order to use the voucher in electronic form (PDF), it must be presented to the receptionist of the Dental Centre.
• The voucher can also be purchased at the reception of the Medicover and DentaCare Dental Centre in the form of a printed, decorative card (during the course of treatment, however, migration between Medicover Dentistry Centres and Denta Care Centres is not possible). In order to use a physical voucher in the form of a decorative card, the Voucher should be handed over to the employee of the reception desk of the Dental Centre.

You can also buy it at the reception desk of a Medicover and Denta Care Dental Care Centre.Note: when ordering the Voucher online, you will be asked to provide the exact details of the person you intend to donate (including PESEL). If you do not have such data, we encourage you to purchase directly at the reception desk of Medicover Stomatologia or Denta Care Dental Center, where you will be asked to provide just the name and surname of the recipient.
