If you did not have contact lenses fitting, we recommend that you visit an optometrist at Medicover Optyk or OKKO first . During the exam, an optometrist will check your vision, examine your eyes in a slit lamp and teach you how to put on and take off your lenses and take care of them properly.

Self-fitting, change of lens type or inadequate care can lead to discomfort, poor vision and damage to the tissues around the eyes, which is a health hazard.
