He gained experience while working as the Head of the Laryngology Department at the Military Hospital in Szczecin and as a Senior Assistant of the Laryngology Department in Gryfice. He completed a course in otolaryngology oncology, and head and neck surgery. Dr Gruszka regularly participates in national and military conventions and conferences of the Polish Society of Otorhinolaryngology.
